I miss my life in Japan last year. I miss being in total control of my life. I miss being able to go places by foot instead of by car. I miss actually being able to walk to the goddamned grocery store when I’m in need of groceries. I miss being able to go to the grocery store or convenience store without having to ask friends for help, because I hate depending on other people.
